Host Mark Dolan puts a team of comedians and performers to the ultimate challenge: he and his studio audience want to know one thing - who has the biggest Balls of Steel? His special guests are keen to prove themselves by performing death-defying stunts, holding their never during hidden camera set-ups or by being juvenile and stupid in the presence of celebrities. Footage includes the likes of Mischa Barton and Matt Dillon being stunned with and electric pen, as well as Danny Glover keeping his cool whilst being interviewed with a dildo-shaped microphone. But have they really got what it takes? Guest presenters include Alex Zane, Olivia Lee and New Zealand's number one stuntman Randy Cambell.

Balls of Steel - The Complete Collection
Probably the funniest 3 DVDs I've ever bought, a bit like Candid Camera but with a wicked sense of humour.

Like classic candid camera minus warmth or charisma
This is the kind of show you watch then switch over shortly after it starts wondering what kind of person is actually laughing at it. The candid camera prank show has a rich history in the UK, but this show draws on none of it. It's failed to appreciate the heart at the soul of a prank, and offers moronic-level base humour, the kind that simpletons will think is cutting edge. I feel genuinely sorry for any of the poor souls who later make something of their careers and have to account for the bilge offered in this overpriced nonsense.
