Yes, but not well. Should be after fuzz and other pedals with capacitance sensitivity. Go guitar to wah to fuzz to buffer... then non fuzz high gain to low gain to mods to delays then reverbs, generally.

Just use a normal Ibanez or Boss adapter. 9v 100-300ma.

Hi, I use this buffer on my mini board - TC Electronic Mini Tuner, Xotic SP Compressor, Dunlop Mini Wah, Ibanez Mini Tube Screamer, Xotic SL Drive, Xotic booster, TC Electronic Mini Chorus, Delay, & Reverb, last is the buffer. These are all true bypass pedals. A buffer is not true bypass, it adds the top end back to your signal. You will definitely hear a difference if you run 20+ foot cables. The pure tone buffer doesn't color your sound as much as other buffer pedals I have played, my ears tell me it's fairly transparent. Not sure if that answers your question or not?
