The product is easy to use and works well. It is what I was wanting. The only thing I have found a bit disappointing is it was labeled in multiple areas on the Amazon as leather. After receiving it I think it is more pleather (imitation leather) then the genuine leather I read it to be.

I bought this product over a year ago...used it a couple times to make sure it works. I had another case that i have been using, which has now fallen apart. I just tried to charge this case and it will not accept a charge or turn on or do anything. Pretty terrible knock off for a case and there are no directions or ways to contact the manufacturer.

I bought this for my husband as he works solely off of his Ipad for work. He can not live without it know. It is super easy to connect, light weight and thin profile. Love the light color choices and the brightness is perfect for day or night. My mother liked it so much she purchased one for herself. I'm also very impressed with Daphnee's customer service. I emailed a question and heard back right away. They were very on top of making sure I was completely happy with them and their product...I am still very happy and impressed with them and their service. I will be cruising their "store" to see what else I can confidently purchase!!

Typing this review out on my new “iPadmac”, honestly the keyboard is well designed for the price point I couldn’t be happier seems ultra responsive and the case as a whole seems to fit the iPad really well. Time will tell as I got this case along with a 10.5 iPad pro to see if I can ditch the larger laptop I bring with me on short trips. I will have to report back with my findings after my first trip, otherwise my expectations for the case/keyboard have been met only time will tell if it holds up to my back to back trips for work.

Quick response from the maker when needing troubleshoot. An even quicker response when the device needing replacement. Excellent buy from a trusted maker all around!!!!
