This is really easy to use and has made the biltong quick to dry as the box is not too big. Easy to set up. Saving me loads on bought biltong

Great machine but rather expensive in my humble opinion
This is a great piece of kit to make biltong with. Relatively easy to assemble with a few tight challenges on the Perspex screens where i thought I would break it....but luckily I didn’t!build quality is fine - no complaints. The speeds to dry your biltong is very good - roughly 2-3 days and have to say that the biltong spice mix that comes with the purchase is the best....now I just need to find some more!!!! Considering the cheapness of the actual construction makes me think that the value for money is rather steep. It’s not cheaply made - its just not expensive materials....so hence the low value for money score. Overall happy with my purchase....now to make enough biltong to make my money back!!! :)

Great box
Brought this to save money on buying Bolton from the shop and make my own. Turns out I’m spending more money now as I’m really enjoying making it and eating more. Great bit of kit bit tight trying to put together but once it’s done it doesn’t matter. Easy to clean very happy.

Biltong in less than 4 days
Took two of us to put it together, but once there it works like a dream. Everything you need to get started is there, and it is efficient.

a tad to expensive and those metal rods keep "blikseming" down ... wish it didnt do that
its at least 30% more expensive then what it should be priced at.- the metal rods are ALWAYS falling down, would be good to design a system that can hold them in place once you want to hang the meat, most annoying is movement, i understand for flexibility BUT they move to much and then its trying to scope out the biltong and redoing the whole hanging process. dont understand why the background couldnt be black to be honest.it does the job, the biltong does dry out, the circulation does not push the air all over, so the meat closest to the light gets super dry and the back meat is still wet... so then you try and rotate and BOOM the metal rods slide off and then you are just using the "ag nee P0e5" appropriate phase. lads, add some simple temp lock into place clips.

Ideal. Did exactly what it’s meant to do. Dried it out lovely. The mix it comes with a bit salty but heyho. Can’t wait to get another steak on to dry.
