High protein Low Carb treat
I was looking at self build boxes, saw this on Amazon and for the cost time and effort to build your own this box fitted all my needs. I have made 2 lots of Biltong which batch has been very tasty, so much so my family keep pinching it

Easy to build and start
Made my 1st batch of Biltong, very nice. Easy to assemble. Unfortunately my bulb and fuse blow after about a day. Replaced fuse and bulb and completed the drying process. Easy to clean. Small amount of biltong spice included to get you going.My biltong cravings are for sure under control.
