My cats loved it for the 1st day it was great but as it got colder here the more the suction cups do not stick to the glass so now I have to find something else

I foster animals. We also have four of our own cats, so we have cat hammocks and furniture all over the house. This looked like a perfect options for our new house, and I REALLY wanted to love it. When we first got it, it seemed like it would hold on to the window even better than the other window hammocks we have. It held up great for a month or two, but then it started falling off the window. We'd clean the window and the suction cups, reapply per the instructions, and it would just fall off again. None of our other suction cup window hammocks have the cool double decker fuzzy cover like this one, but none of them have this issue either! Two of our cats are large (13-20 lbs)., so maybe it'd be OK for a really small cat, but seems like there's actually a flaw in the engineering/design of the suction cups & suspension. Was so disappointed it lasted such a short time!

My 6 pound, 4 month old kitten absolutely loves this. (the pictures are kinda hard to see) He’s pretty rough on it, too! He climbs and jumps all over it, and it stays up just fine. You have to make sure the spacing is right, but once it’s put up, it’s fine.The instructions had unclear, dark pictures and they did NOT describe at least 10 little steps you have to do between the other steps, so I had to take it apart 3 times to figure it out. It seems sturdy now, but it’s very frustrating trying to follow directions that don’t cover important details. But now my kitten loves it, so it was worth it.

Item itself held up pretty well. We had 3 cats on it at once time and nothing broke. Only complaint is that one of the suction cups couldn't keep its seal on the window and would slowly slide down throughout the day.

i do like it but the nut suckers are a bit difficult and might need to be replaced regularly .my two cats love it though

I was surprised to find it needed so much assembly, but the very vague and poorly translated instructions made this much more difficult than it needed to be. The plus side is the suction cups are large and it's being held up by 6 of them, and the vertical support is simply a nylon strap, so the whole assembly will swing up flush with the window should you ever want to close the blinds.

cats love it, but as others noted, the hole to climb through for second story is much too small. additionally one of the two main screw pressure suction cups will not maintain suction and keeps popping off, regardless of initial strong seal. I would adore this if it did, but I’m worried its going to dump my sleeping cat on the ground eventually when the whole thing fails to hold.
