I experience the terrible fate of will I our won't I sometimes. That heavy feeling sitting in your gut really does make a difference in a negative way. This helped me without the extreme cramping. If you do not want to use alternatives like inserting other ways of getting relief you can try these. B unfortunately being cheese is a favorite food, these help in those stuck situations! They are small, easy to swallow and do not leave an after taste, that important. Take it go to sleep and awaken after going to the restroom refreshed and ready to take on the day!

GenCare Senna laxative is both gentle and effective.
This laxative is the generic brand of senokot. It's very effective and works quickly and gently within 24 hours. Very easy to take with two pills that are reasonable in size and easy to swallow. This is the maximum strength available. It's a great value for the money compared to the name brand. Highly recommend.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED!
Was post-op day 3 after my Hysterectomy and my nurse strongly recommended this. Because Miralax wasn't working. I had order it right away and received the next day. Had to eat something with the 2 capsules, to avoid cramping. It works magic within a couple of hours. I strongly recommended these for support after your Hysterectomy.
