It works for me!!
When I initially viewed this product it had no reviews for it. Their are several brands at this price point to choose from. However I took a chance, purchased it and I'm glad I did. My specific purpose for this purchase is due to left shoulder pain when I'm outdoors in temperatures lower than 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The product for me is easy to put on and take off. The bag and ice pack are a bonus. However I have not used the hot/cold pack. The bottom line is since I've worn the brace, I went from having moderate shoulder pain to little or no pain!

Customer service is great, brace, not so much.
I have a shoulder that goes out of joint and did a lot of research in to the kind of brace to use. This digs into my armpit where the strap goes but also digs into my throat if I make it tight enough to actually help. Can't stand it. However, their customer service is phenomenal and they not only refunded me but are sending me a new brace from a different manufacturer. Here's hoping that it fits better.

Helps with a throwing arm!
Bought this for my husband to play baseball with my son. He has shoulder pain from his high school baseball days. This has helped him tremendously! It gives him the support he needs to throw the ball. Doesn’t take the pain away completely but he’s loving it! It gives him the chance to play with our son again! He puts the ice pack in after wards.

Helped tremendously with the pain in my shoulder!
My shoulder was hurting from over use (hauling boxes, packing and moving). It hurt mainly when I was driving, so I bought the brace to try to keep it stable and heal it once the move was over. The ice packs were nice, but they would slide out easily if I tried to walk around and use my arm while they were inside the sleeve. I had to remain seated to use the ice packs and not use my arm. It really helped keep my shoulder stable while I was driving and kept the pain at bay. After wearing it for about a month, my shoulder started feeling back to normal. It is well made, easy to adjust and put on and off alone and comes in a nice pouch to keep it and the ice packs together. It was worth getting and a good value for the money.

Brace overall still works nice.
The brace is a little big for a smaller woman to wear but definitely has helped with some soreness. I already popped and leaked out the cooling/hot pad so that was disappointing that it didn’t last long. Brace overall still works nice.

Need new gel pack
Awesome. Comfortable. However the gel exploded on 10 seconds in microwave. Need new gel pack ASAP

Great support, comfortable, need larger hot/ ice packs
I like the stability this shoulder brace gives and that it can hold heat and ice packs. The only issue I have is that the packs that come with it fall out if you have allot of movement. I'm in a wheelchair and the type of motion to roll a manual chair causes them to shift or fall. When cooking or sleeping they stay in just fine.I purchased separately some wider hot/ cold packs and they stay put just fine.It is great to sleep in and keep my dislocations from occurring. It is comfortable.
