SMARTClock Gen3 Tap Tempo Controller

This pedal is an amazing value. Not only does it accept midi input and automatically merge it with the clock signal that it generates but allows you to create a set of presets which will send program change down the line on the midi channel you specify.All that is just about midi - which is my bag, but you can also connect up to four pedals and synchronize all of them to the same clock as the midi output - only this time potentially subdividing the time signatures of the tap signals.Each of the tap outputs can optionally be configured to output CV signals as well - which makes this pedal almost endlessly flexible.NOTE 1 - though this medal doesn’t come with a power supply it can be powered either by a standard negative center pedal power supply or it can alternatively be powered by a usb cable!NOTE 2 - Two of the four tap tempo outputs can be configured to output additional copies of the midi output signal. That means this beast has potentially three midi outputs which Merge it’s internal clock signal (and program change signals) with the midi input! To do this though you’ll need a special cable sold separately by Disaster Area Designs.If you need a tap tempo/midi tempo/cv generator look no further.

No power supply was included. No power supply specs in manual or written on chassis. Maybe it’s 9 volt?*update: power supply package delivered. It’s a box of shower curtain rings! Still won’t power up SMARTClock, even if hook up all 12 of the curtain rings.*update: was told by seller that there is no power supply included. They'll send you shower curtain rings in a separate box, though.
