No - but it's not surprising - most of these 'offers' are designed to be nearly impossible to take advantage of through this kind of obscure redemption system. They could very easily make it all automatic, but they intentionally don't. Don't buy based on an offer like this - the odds of actually getting it are so miniscule as to almost be non-existent.
