Didn't work properly right out of the box. Very disappointing.
The strain relief crimp dies on this tool were not aligned properly and would not close fully, which also means you don't get a full crimp on the pins of the connector plug either because the travel of the handle on the tool is restricted. The upper crimp die hits the lower die off center and hits the body of the tool as well preventing you from squeezing the handle all the way down as it should. Also some of the spring pins that are supposed to hold the body together are too short. They don't reach all the way through both sides of the frame rails. I'm now wishing I would have purchased the ratcheting pliers type of crimping tool instead for less money.
