Bought this to complement my new iPhone and it works perfectly. Plug it in, put the phone on top and hey presto it starts Charing instantly. There not much else to say about it other than it looks pretty well made and the top is grippy enough to keep the phone in place. I gather the Mophie is a lot more expensive in the Apple store so, given I payed a fraction of what it costs there, I couldn’t be more pleased with it.

So I just reviewed my review (lmao) and I changed it to a 5* after I spoke to the customer support. Apparently, the charging of the iPhone X should take 3-4 hours to charge, so no issue there. Also, the product looks neat, it’s not slippery, works fine and as intended. Btw, to all above and bellow who complain about the UK charger. I got it with a UK charging kit, not EU. No reason to give bad reviews and stars about that...

I haven’t given this a full five starts as it can be a bit hit and miss with finding the right spot to get your phone to charge. On ocadsions I’ve thought my phone was charging and it wasn’t becuse I hadn’t got it in the right angle. If I come late this to my other charger it doesn’t stack up well as the other one I just stick my phone on without precision and it’s charhing. There is howerver, a light indicator which shows whether or not it’s charhing and you’ve got it at the right spot but if you have an iPhone plus or a bigger phone then you not see this light as it’s very small and almost under the ring. It also doesn’t charge as fast as my other charger unfortunately .. Good charger but a bit fiddly

This is very simple to set up - plug into the mains, insert the adaptor into the base and you're good to go. I use my Mophie wireless chargepad with an iPhone 8 and it is very simple. I have read other reviewers complain about needing to precisely locate their phones on other charging pads but I have had no such problems with this one - just put the phone down and it starts charging.

Arrived ahead of time, well packaged nice, compact and flat, as expected. iPhone (x) charges well, no problems so far just lay the phone on it and pick up when charged, no trying to connect the charging cable. Just what we needed.

Works well for me on iphone XS. Some have commented on slow charging speed - yes, wireless chargers do generally charge slower than via lightning cable/mains, however I mainly use it when I go to sleep and I always wake up to a full battery. If you need an emergency charge because you’re in a rush to leave the house, I would recommend a wired connection. Otherwise, wireless charging does the job! The main benefit for me is being able to charge my phone without having to remove the case, which I would have to do if I used a cable as it wouldnt plug in all the way. Also, some people have mention a bright light coming from the unit when on/charging. There is indeed a very small LED light on the unit but it is very dim and doesn’t disturb me in the slightest. It would also be very easy to turn it the other way in the opposite direction to you, or have something next to it blocking the light. But honestly, its so dim you’re barely notice it. Very happy with purchase!

I have found that I need to place my iPhone X very precisely on the unit in order to obtain a successful charge and because it is difficult to confirm that the Phone is actually charging I often pick it up before heading off to work and find that has not actually charged I contacted the seller who inferred in their reply that I was the only one who had had issues amongst the “400 units that had been sold”. So I guess it must be my “incompetence”. It was outside the return time window by the time I contacted them so I have to keep it.

Il prodotto non corrisponde alle mie esigenze, in quanto ha una spina americana, vorrei restituirlo ma mi si chiede di pagare il trasporto, non credo sia giusto essendo un cliente Amazon.

Buen priducto, salvo que no leí aviso alguno dobre el tipo de enchufe que usa. Tipo ingles, y vuene con un ¿adaptador? Que tambien es para enchufe ingles, por lo que tuve que comorar un adaptador a enchufe europeo para poder usarlo.
