I like the three settings of sound, vibrate, or shock. Each has a settings of level from 00-100. I used the shock on myself at full force to see what the worst that dog would get. It caused some discomfort due to my muscles contracting and only use at level 25 when my dog is not listening or need to get her attention due to other methods did not work. I have recommended this one to other owners at the dog park. After a few months the vibrate options gets her attention to where I do not need to use the shock. Great for training.

This seems to works on my 60 lb Husky however we have to crank it on him very tightly for it to work because the prongs are so short. Not great for long haired dogs. Also he isn't very small but it is on one of the tighter settings and the excess from the collar doesn't have anywhere to be placed so he can reach it to chew on it and or choke himself. I cannot crate him with this on because of this. Seller, if you have longer pins for this I can buy or switch out please let me know because it would at least solve the problem of it needing to be put on too tight for it to work.

Horrible Collar. Not worth the money at all. Go for the more expensive ones. This worked maybe at a 100 yards when I first got it. MAYBE. Now three months down the road it barely works 20 yards away. Total waste of money. Do not buy. Not very waterproof either. The little tab flaps all the time. Worried my dog would get electrocuted if she submerged in the water. DO NOT BUYRevision: 1 star to 2 stars. I contacted the seller and they offered me a full refund for the defective product. I will revise again if I receive the refund.

Great training tool. Mostly use the beep for effective training. Sometimes move to vibrate. It will give you a good static jolt if you try it on your self. Certainly can understand how it would get your pet's attention if other settings are less effective. Battery life has not been an issue. Appreciate the charger that with charge both the collar and remote unit simultaneously. I use this model on a 9 lb shiz-tzu mix and cut the collar down to size.

Works great and I love that it has a vibrate option. My dog responds very well to the vibrate and only had to use shock on a very low setting once to give her the message. Only change I would make is an option to have the beep sound when you shock or vibrate to associate the sound with the feeling. I'd imagine you would be able to only use beep after a while (Pavlov effect?).

Purchased in December .. stopped working in Feb. ... did not over use , very disappointed that the product stopped working and there is no contact information that came with it to get in touch with the company or manufacturer.Now I'm stuck with a useless collar.! Not happy!

Works like a charm on my 80 lb black mouth Cur. Only had to shock him once and then have used the vibration setting. He gets the point.

Like others, this collar worked well for a few months, then the controller would not recharge. Will not repurchase.
