This is a darn good product. Elevates your heart rate and you can fell the effect when you exercise after having this post 30 mins. Be cautious though as you cannot do too heavy cardio, the heart rate bounces up very high. If you just eat this and expect weightloss to happen then that will not work. You need to have this supplement with a proper diet and exercise to boost the weightloss proceess.

This product is very strong avoid taking during night it will disturb your sleepcycle

This brand is misleading everyone. This does not have 300 mg caffeine in its 1 capsule. You will not feel at all anything. Recently, came to know that this brand has failed the lab testing also. I’m throwing away my box, can’t risk my health. Totally wastage of money. Will never recommend Nutrija to anyone. Amazon should ban this brand.
