The proof will be in the pudding on tomorrow’s road trip, but for now this seems to be a sturdy piece of kit. Super simple to set up. I’m the driver, and front passenger seat is just slightly further back but the angling joint where device goes means even a further separation would still mean any device could be ‘centred’. The iPad isn’t swinging and feels really secure. The iPad isn’t a mini, and you can see my rear view isn’t obscured at all. That was a concern, but all good. Relieved The two separate coat hooks that are supplieddo sit a little loose around the head rests, and the hooks aren’t deep enough to hold the kids’ headphones, but that’s alright - the hooks are a bonus and not the main purchase. I would say I think it’s pricey for what it is, but I’ll be damned if I can find a cheaper centre-viewing option anywhere else. If you’re in need of a sturdy bit of kit to keep back seat passengers able to view one screen, this is a really good option… so far.

This is a must have for long car journeys with kids. We drove to the south of France with three little ones and were able to break the journey up with some screen time! The bar is very strong with a clever design. The hooks of the chairs are also handy to hold toys. So easy to set up and reasonably priced.

Really good product with one minor flaw. It's incredibly stable and once locked into position it is rock solid. Very easy to install and use. The only "flaw" it has would be that the two seats need to be set to a very similar height. Otherwise it simply won't work. This is fairly minor though in my particular case. Just something to think of if your front seats are set to vastly different heights.

Easy to fit, great product

This product has genuinely changed our lives. Our four-year-old daughter used to suffer from severe car sickness, which made even short journeys difficult and stressful for the whole family. Because of her age, it was hard for her to focus on things like looking out the window to help ease the symptoms. Since we started using this, the difference has been incredible. We recently managed a four-hour car journey without a single issue—something we never thought would be possible. If your child struggles with motion sickness, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s been a game-changer for our family and has made travelling together so much more enjoyable.

Used for my van. Pole was too long for gap, had to make my own adjustment to make it fit.

I probably won’t ever use it to attach a phone or tablet but I’m sure it would work well for that as the clamp seems sturdy and strong. I use it to stop the dog getting between the front seats and it does that job really well. It’s very easy to install (and remove) and seems really well made.

This holds a tablet or screen very well between seats and allows for a nice quiet journey! 🙂

Complete game changer for us. We have 4 little ones and we drove a lot. So to have this in the car to occupy their time is a MUST. We have an expedition xlt and it fits across the head rest bars with no problem and comes with two hooks. I haven’t used those yet but it would be great for bags. The clasp for the iPad is sturdy if you can’t tell lol. It is hard to get out with one hand but it does a good job keeping the tablet in place. I have had this a little over a month now and glad I purchased it. The clasp that holds the iPad doesn’t move around loosely and it is a good grip and stays in place. Great job with this product!
