Great for light arrow builds
These are a perfect fit for my VAP TKO 400 spine arrows. Used these to build a super light quick flying arrow for a 3D shoot and they did the job.I'm gonna test them out hunting this season as well. I'll try to update once I have more information.

Good, but I dont like the open grooves going down the side.
They hold up well. The range I shoot at has carpet targets and 3D targets. One thing i have noticed is all the little grooves going down the side will fill up with crap when I pull them from the targets. I have to clean them almost every shot to make sure its not affecting my arrow flight. Other then this, they are great.

Perfect fit!!!
Yup. Cant complain at all. Works really well, with VAP TKO series, 4mm FMJ Injexion, as well as Carbon One shafts.Haven't broken yet. Hit Archery range wood frame several times (anticipating shot). lolNo brick testing!! Uh uh. extension into shaft is long so it wont slip out of shaft. Oh, and definitely helps penetration by at least 30%. Compared to just field tips of same weight (133 grains [125 plus standard insert) directly on shaft and 100 grain field tip with this 35 grain outsert - Way more punch and goes deep into target.

I have shot them into some pretty tough McKenzie targets and missed once into a gravel ...
The colors indicate size- make sure you figure out what color you need for the arrows you have. I had to return them and get the right size. I have shot them into some pretty tough McKenzie targets and missed once into a gravel pile with no bending or anything like that.

They are just "ok"
These are pretty good for most but they have a few flaws. I like that they add a little weight for goof FOC, and that they sleeve the face of the arrow and back over the shaft about 1/8". The first problem I have with them is that in order to perfectly seat the the insert on the face of the arrow shaft takes a little work. Even using an arrow squaring tool I had a hard time getting it to spin well on an arrow spinner. The second problem I had with them was they don't pull out of a target easily. I use a hurricane bag target with at least 1000 shots in it already(its well worn and arrows come right out usually). Using hot melt the insert pulled out and stayed in the target. This was even after I used a fine grit piece of sandpaper to quickly touch up the insert and allowing the proper dry time. I was going to try installing with a slow cure epoxy but after the trouble I had getting them to spin I was a little hesitant. They will stay in my archery tackle box for now but Im not using them. FYI the black anodized ones are sized to fit an easton carbon carbon injexion.
