Premium rubber straps. PLEASE NOTE: 24" length measurement includes the "S" Hook on each end. Rubber Bungees tie downs are durable yet stiffer, and do not stretch as much as an Elastic Bungee would. If you are looking for a bungee that stretches double its length rubber bungees WILL NOT work for your job. Or you may need to go to a longer length. When rubber bungees are manufactured they put a very thin coating of wax on them which will wear off quickly by touch and use. Do not be alarmed if there is a light white coating on the rubber, this is normal with rubber straps.
