ChalkPro Paint&Wax Brush - Medium

I purchased this brush for applying wax to a chalk painted night stand. I received my order very promptly and it was as advertised. Although it loss a few bristles when I first used it, the shedding quit and I am delighted with my purchase. It works very, very well, and I would recommend it to friends or family.

this brush works great with my annie sloan chalk paints. it does lose some bristles, so if you want perfection you should probably buy her super expensive brushes. i just deal with it and fish the lost bristles off of my projects.

The brush loses too many bristles while painting.

I had to return this brush because it lost so many bristles. I kept having to pick them out of the wax I was applying. I then spent the extra money and bought an Annie Sloan brush and it was so much better. It did loose a few bristles but not anywhere near what the other one did. It was also held it's shape much better.

This thing sheds worse the my dog! I was hoping to get the quality of a Annie Sloan brush at a discounted price but it fell way short. Unless you want a special bristle look on your project or enjoy picking bristles out of fresh paint I would stay away from this one...I also got the Large and it doesn't seem to be as bad but I'm only using it with wax...

Such a fun brush to use to apply waxes to chalk painted items. It's not round at the end (I though it was), but the shape is actually better than round, as I can get into edges and detailed corners more easily than a round one. Great brush!

With this heavy brush it was easy to apply wax to all the furniture I chaulk painted. Cleans up easy and I doubt I will ever need another as the bristles are tight and it is well made.

Worked good! First time using chalk paint. I would recommend the brush. Only issue was bristles did often come off into the paint.
