Drain and set aside. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat and add the onions and celery. Sweat for about 5 minutes.Add the herbs, salt and pepper and cook vegetables until tender.In another skillet, cook sausage until done and browned.In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients, except stock.
