Love this stuff
I have broken both of my ankles and had L4/L5 spinal fusion, among many other softball, horseback riding, & military-related injuries. I’ve taken Pilates reformer classes to help keep [especially] my core strong and balanced, but post riding, I had a really rough time with feeling “compressed” after serious training sessions (flatwork/jumping). I noticed reduced flexibility and joint pain, especially when mounting/dismounting and trying to sit the trot. This product has helped tremendously! Don’t expect miracles, but it absolutely makes a difference when taken regularly and over time. I don’t have as much soreness in my lower back/hips/ankles after rides, and it has helped at the gym as well. I definitely recommend this product.
