Hello Kel, they are manufactured in China and we have a very strict quality control procedure in place at our factory.

Q: Where can i get gift boxes with satin inserts to give them as single gifts?

Have not seen a suitable box. I would use a tulle (netting) ready made gift bag wherein you could see the beautiful glass within. These are amazing whiskey glasses.
