A bit expensive and reusability unknown as yet, but so far it has done what it says on the tin

This product is not fit for purpose. Reading the 5 star reviews and looking at the shoddily cut leaflet I can only assume this is not the real thing. The cover gets in the way of cutting so breaks off at first try. The blade is blunt. I’ve been making sourdough bread for 6 months now and thought it was time to buy the real thing, but it is back to kitchen knives. I will make a point of returning them as I suspect this firm makes it’s money because at 10.99 it seems a lot of hassle to do so.

Really sharp and easy to use. These blades help create scoring marks in our sourdoughs. Great Product and Price.

great product - so easy to slice through bread dough now

You really don't know how blunt your kitchen knives are for finishing sourdough until you get the proper tool for the job. These blades are super sharp and cut the dough surface neatly without causing any deflation, so that it can rise properly in the oven.

Most people just use those clip on razor blades so I was curious about these ones. I think in the future I will stick to the clip on razor blades. This product is not as sharp as razor blades, costs more than blades and has more plastic wastage.

Light bakers blades. There is a protection on each Blade that is difficult to put back after use. No unecessary packaging. Easy to use. Fit for purpose.

Bought to slice the top of our crusty bread sticks but they were not good, we wouldn’t buy these again!
