The first thing that really surprised me when opening the box, was that there was no smell. :-o Really no smell at all.Usually, when opening a box with anything that contains a rubber-like material there is some sort of smell. Not with this item, which totally impressed me right off the bat.The construction is super high quality, no frays or cracks on the edging. (you can feel the quality in the materials used, from the thickness of the mat to the intricate stitching that goes along the border of the entire pad)It's easy to clean and dust off, either take a microfiber towel and dust it off, or use a lint brush. The stitching is tight and extremely well done. It has a non-slip rubber grip on the underside, which means no tripping over a flimsy mouse pad while in the midst of gaming.It's a lot longer than what I thought, (silly me I should have measured it out from the dimensions listed on the listing) but that's a good thing being that every mouse pad I've used in the past has come up short.The first place I tested it out was on the bed. I use my laptop quite often there and my mouse catches on the comforter. My mouse of choice is the Logitech MX Master. The great thing about it being extra long is that if you need it shortened for any reason, all ya gotta do is fold it. Which I did on the bed, the tracking is so fast I lost track of where the mouse on the screen was. It is far more comfortable using a mouse on the surface of this pad rather than any other surface because it eases pressure on your wrist. You may not notice it, but when you use the mouse on a bed your wrist flexes a lot due to the sheets and other highs and lows of the bed itself. This mat gives you a proper base while operating the mouse.Again I have to say, that the padding on this is so essential, it makes a big difference on one's wrist as opposed to a hard surface.I then set it up on the desk, with this stretched out I will not be running out of track space anytime soon.

There are a few pads close in size to this for a bit less money (the Havit offering was something I considered along with this), but after reading some reviews decided to spend the extra $5-8 and I am not disappointed. I had an XL pad before but intentionally purchase one that was a little less long and more narrow because of my old desk. Now I have a 59" Ikea Linnmon table which has room to spare and this pad covers from the edge to my "monitor stand" (an Xbox 360). With a TKL keyboard a little left of center I have a solid 18+" in width a significantly more in height to use my mouse, so no more bumping the stitching like I did on my old XL.The quality on this pad is solid, especially for the price. It is a tad bit smoother than my old XL which I believe was one of the generics you find here or on eBay and the like just with a logo stamped onto it. That pad certainly wasn't awful given it only cost me $13 but I appreciate the slightly better surface here. The stitching is also a bit nicer (despite mine having a loose thread when it arrived, nothing a blade or scissors can't fix). The logo seems to be well printed but I haven't washed this pad yet to test that. Mine didn't have as bad of a rubber smell as some claimed, and the included printout warns you it may have an odor that will dissipate after it airs out for a day or 2. It also has washing instructions, and came with a sticker if that's your thing.Overall super impressed, great price for a great item and really nice to see they put their money into making pads and not ridiculous, unnecessary packaging. I don't see myself needing a new mouse pad for a long time.

A+ ----- First off, super quick shipping even without amazon prime. got it in 3 days. super pleased.------ This is wrapped in plastic and just unrolls so nice on the table. no waiting for the shape to take place, lays flay and thick pad. super dark black, no discoloration. only small warping around printed logo on bottom right, that's just due to heat print, will flatten out. Very minor. the edges have a thick bead. rubbery non sli[p on back, and semi wetsuit material, seems a tighter thread on top. mouse glides.. Ive done a bit of research on TONS of mousepads and reviews, and took a gamble on this. NO COMPLAINTS! great product, Fresh smell no odors or problems. super huge, covers the table. good for 2 player MTG or other card game. impressed.

This has actually overall been a nicely sized and durable mousepad.However, while the product listing says that it's machine washable, the actual instructions that come with the mouse pad say the opposite --- that it needs to be cleaned by hand, and that machine washing isn't recommended. That's pretty inconvenient and goes against one of the reasons I purchased this in the first place (pet the listing details).Regardless, it's a good mousepad, and I can't fault it too much for that, given its overall quality and durability. Just an unfortunate fault in the listing.

Both this product and this company are really amazing. I had to write a review to mention the quality of this mouse pad. Ive had a few before this one, but this one has really well put together top-side and bottom-side materials. It doesn't smell at all when it comes out of the box, which is very rare for new products. The stitched edges are actually not fraying at all. I've purchased other mouse pads that have decent stitching but still will fray on the edges a tiny bit. It's look is really nice and simple, and pretty much goes with anything or any desk. Also it feels much smoother than other pads while still not being overly slick. I even contacted the founder for a few questions and not only did they respond very promptly, but they also are just very good people and it seems like the staff they have are genuine people! I love this thing a lot and even bought a second one for my girlfriend and will probably buy even more in the future!
