Easy to use, sturdy and gets the job done.
Great product, gets the job done. The extension pole and locking mechanisms are both sturdy. To too much flex. The attachment click in to the base easily and securely. Removal is also easy. I purchased it primarily to replace candleabra light bulbs from a height of about 18-20 feet. The blubl grips are excellent and were able to extract an old stuck on bulb with a lot of dust on it. Make sure to clean off the contact surfaces. I havent tried the other attachments but I believe they will work just fine. The storage bag is a handy addition to keep everything together. Well though off product.

Great Product. Easy to use and works great.
Wow!!! What a great product. I started to go with a cheaper product, but I'm glad I pulled the trigger on this one. I've had tall celings in all of my homes and have had to use many products like this, but this by far is the best I have ever had. The grip on the prongs holds the lightbuld securely and allows you to uninstall and install it easily, unlike some of the other ones that I have used that simply spin around the bulb. The different attachments lock into place with a button instead a screw which would usually ended up being useless after a few uses.

It works to remove bulbs in high places
It worked great to get my small bulbs out of the ceiling fan/light at the top of our A frame living room. Unfortunately it required a quick push onto the bulb in order to grab the bulb to turn it out. On one of the 8 bulbs, the bulb broke. This unit has no attachment to remove a broken bulb. This would be a good thing for them to add.I ended up squeezing the prongs on the smaller bulb remover attachment together and taping them in that position. By using one of the old bulbs, which I them broke in a cloth, I was able to fit the squeezed attachment prongs into the inside of the broken bulb base to get a good fit. I taped them into that position. I then used this taped attachment to fit into the broken bulb base up in the light fixture. With some trial and error, I was able to remove the broken bulb base from the ceiling fixture. Before I bought the Greatest light bulb changer, I had tried one from Home Depot which didn't work. I had returned it, but remembered that it had an attachment to remove broken bulbs. I used it as a mental pattern to fashion the bulb remover from the smaller of the two light bulb removers in the Greatest light bulb remover kit. I could have bought the other remover again just for that feature, but didn't want to spend the $22.00 just for that.I gave the Greatest light bulb changer kit four stars for not having a means to remove the broken bulb base.

Sturdy pole + very cheap flimsy plastic coupler, which arrived shattered = unusuable product
An item as expensive as this you might think could be minimally sturdy enough to do the job. Not so. The product was boxed in what appeared to be a box too short for the pole with an "addition" to the box taped on. The product thus arrived damaged. But even if it hadn't been damaged, the fixed plastic coupler at the end of the pole to which you attach the fittings used to remove a light bulb appeared to be very very thin and cheaply made. Amazon was great, allowing for the return. But this product is VERY distant from any company named GREATEST PRODUCTS. Very disappointed.

Worked perfectly!
I bought this tool kit to change light bulbs in one of my ceiling fans. It worked perfectly. My ceiling fan uses "regular" light bulbs. I did not feel that I was in danger of breaking a light bulb off in the fixture when using this. The light bulbs stayed securely in the "claw" when I removed them. I wish I would have bought something like this years ago. It was such a chore previously to change those light bulbs and now it's easy!

Check the length.
Product is great but unfortunately it's about 2 feet too short for what I needed it for. I needed to change the lights near the gutter on my 2-story home.

PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS!!!
Where are the instructions? I can't even understand how to attach the large suction. The small suction wouldn't even work to remove a plastic bulb cover. I'll be returning this.

Great product
Light bulb changer is just what I needed to change bulbs in stairway. Handle is a bit flimsy at full extension but did the job I needed it for and a lot cheaper than buying a stairway ladder that would get me the 15 feet I needed. Stores away nicely in the bag provided.
