Exact Fit
This was an exact fit for the cable that needed to be replaced on my Rooms To Go couch. Be sure you measure what you have before buying one.

Replacement parts are hard to match
The length is correct for what I needed but the pull part and the mounting part are too close and this I wasn’t able to properly install this replacement part. Not really the products fault that it didn’t match but It is not universal.

Suitable replacement handle.
The installation went well. So far, so good. The handle that originally came with the chair just pulled right off. Happy with it, so far.

Not OEM quality but okay for a week now
The end is poorly crimped on both units that were sent while the original one looks like the cable and steel rectangular/oval connector were machined together. Daily usage for a week now and it's A-Okay.

Perfect replacement for my recliner
My couch has two recliners and one of the cables broke. This product fit exactly and works great.

Much cheaper than getting a professional to fix it.
Used this on two recliners that broke. I am not a handyman for sure, but I took off the original cables and measured it to make sure I had the right size - this is very important. I replaced the cables on two chairs in less than an hour and now they both work perfectly. I purchased my couch from the Chesterfield Shoppe and when I called for a replacement cost on their parts it was over $100. Although it took a little longer to receive the item from Amazon, it was well worth it. I'm glad I bought an extra set just to have as a back up.

Wonderful!
After trying several other cables with little success, I took a chance and ordered these cables. They took a few weeks to come, but were so easy to put in place and they worked great. Next time I'll go directly to this vendor.

Excellent Product, works better than the original!
Excellent product!I was a little skeptical about this pull cord as my previous experiences have not been good; however, this product worked so well on my Natuzzi sofa that my wife and I agreed it feels better than the original cable that came with it when we bought the sofa.
