Neck Reading Light for Books in Bed, Night Rechargeable Book Light

As an everynight paperback reader once in bed this item is terrific & here's why... 1. For a start the spotlight is a white light concentrated across 2 pages without lighting up the bedroom like my bedside lamp does..... helping hubby to sleep!. It's a must have item for a hospital stay. 2. Secondly the unit is rechargeable & a short usb cable is included. The charge lasts longer than I expected. Both the points above were key selling points for me but that's not everything I like... 3. The flexibility of the neck light ensures you can bend, twist & turn to your favourite reading angle. 4. The additional wide angle light has the option of switching between a yellow or a cool white light at the touch of a button. 5. Whilst I'm only interested in using this neck light for reading, the wide angle light would meet the needs of many other uses, from crafting through to using as a torch. 6. The unit could not be more comfortable whether you're standing, sitting, laying down or with your head & neck squashed against a cushion or a pillow. 7. The two ends, one with the spotlight & one with the wide angle each have an on/off button easily located with a finger in total darkness. The on/off button on the wide angle offers an additional option of changing between a yellow light or cool white with a click on the same button. 8. This neck light will travel with me.... it's very light to pack. Now I can sit on my holiday balcony with the ceiling light off ensuring it's my book that's bathed in light & not me! How could I not recommend this neck light. Could using this neck light be easier to use?? I cannot see how! I ordered a pink one for me & a black one for my puzzle crazy husband. He's just as happy as I am.

I bought this to light my knitting and crochet. The longer light is excellent, with a choice of levels of light, and the battery lasts quite well. However, the smaller light gets very, very hot, and I do not use it because of this.

Having considered buying a head torch to help with knitting/crochet/reading, I'd held off due to not wanting to blind the rest of the household every time I looked up. We also have a dotty neighbour who forgets he's wearing his head torch and wanders round his house in it looking like a burglar with a torch. I didn't even know these existed until a friend suggested it as an alternative to a head torch after I was struggling to see the foundation row of something I am making, and one was duly ordered. Fantastic! It's nice and bright - but dimmable when needed, it can be swivelled to suit the angle required for whatever I'm working on, it doesn't blind the rest of the household each time I look up, nor does it interfere with whatever they're doing as it's very personal. I even found myself forgetting I was wearing it so made a cup of tea without putting on the kitchen light, and it's also useful when out at night with the dog as it keeps the hands free for picking up poop without having to hold a torch between my teeth. I've now turned into a clone of my dotty neighbour, wandering around the house like a thief in the night, with my very own personal light. If my other neighbours thought I was mad before I got this, then their suspicions that I'm certifiable are now fully justified, but I don't care. This is a wonderful gadget and is highly recommended. The fact that it's USB chargeable means I can charge it off solar in the daytime so no need for electricity either. Wunderbar!!

Absolutely fantastic. My partner is waiting for an cataract operation. He was unable to do his daily puzzles till we got this reading light. Such a joy to see him doing his puzzles again. Would highly recommend this item. Does not take long to recharge.

Great item, especially when working with dark colours and/or in poor light. The strip light is what makes this item so good, with the twisting head and levels of brightness, covering a greater area than the single spot light. I was lucky enough to buy on a day when it was slightly cheaper on an offer. Used it at an upholstery class, other members then ordered the item from Amazon having tried it. I Would recommend. Would be good to have two strip lights instead of the spot as it’s brighter and more direct.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Leselampe! Sie fasst sich sehr wertig an und ist dabei super leicht, sodass man sie kaum um den Hals spürt. Besonders toll finde ich die größere Seite mit den verschiedenen Lichteinstellungen – je nach Situation kann man das Licht perfekt anpassen. Diese Seite lässt sich außerdem im Winkel verstellen und separat von der kleineren Lampe ein- und ausschalten, was ich extrem praktisch finde. Das Licht ist angenehm hell, blendet nicht und ist perfekt zum Lesen und Stricken geeignet. Endlich sehe ich alles klar, ohne die Augen zu überanstrengen. Für mich ein wirklich durchdachtes Produkt
