The sleeve type pipe joint is composed of three parts: joint body, sleeve, nut. When the ferrule and the nut are inserted into the joint body on the steel pipe, when the nut is tightened, the outer side of the front end of the ferrule is fit with the conical surface of the joint body, and the inner edge bites into the seamless steel pipe evenly. Great quality product.

Good quality
If you have never used a compression fitting you should do a bit of research on YT. Make sure the sleeve is facing the correct direction, clean off the material, use PTFE tape (yellow for gas). Worked well.
