I love love, love the Britta water filter that sits on my counter. I have this filter on auto ship every six months. I’m very particular about water and how it taste, and this filter makes my water tasted great!

Good product, package, and functionality. We change every 6 months at home and use it daily. Easy installation and quick removal. I like the taste of the water; the price should be reduced if bought in kits.

Correct replacement to avoid returns or refunds
It is important to buy the right filter for this particular Brita. We tried a cheaper version, and preditably, it did not work because it did not fit, period. It costs more, but Brita is particular and specific - and it lasts. So here, no short cuts.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the light turns yellow immediately upon installation, indicating end of life for the filer. In other words the filter is DOA. I'll order a new one and hope it works.

distilled water was used. == 6 month filter lasted 3 months. Still a great product!!

Filter absolutely does not last 6 months. In a house of 3 it lasted around 2 months
