After buying this product quite some time ago it began to malfunction, thankfully the support surrounding this product is superb. After being contacted by the supplier asking how the product was for me they were extremely happy to sort out any issues that I had. And still get back to me to make sure everything is fine. The product itself is great, a live saver at times. Got nothing bad to say about the company or the product, after my product was replaced when it malfunctioned and the new one works perfectly after several months of use. If you and looking in to buying a charger case, this is a great choice.

Seemed great for the first few days. Charges well but the thing fell apart after a week or so.The charging point came away from the inside of the case.Shame as it seemed pretty sturdy

Lots of battery life, soft feel, but when putting in tight pockets it often turns the charging on even when not needed. Also second time I’ve purchased this and the part that goes into the lightning port has broken.

This product was not only a great price it arrived in very good time even during the holiday period. Its been a life saver extending the battery life on the i phone 6 right through the day and into the evening. The rubber shell is a nice feel and gives the phone the protection it needs if dropped. Basically its given me the freedom to use my iphone all the time as opposed to before I had the battery pack I would be searching for a charging port at least 3 times a day to boost the power. Now its just a push of a button. I would highly recommend this seller and their products. The customer service was excellent and I would hesitate to use them again.

Bought two of these battery cases for our phones. Very pleased with items which are well made and provide good battery life to iphone 7 (which it desperately needs!).. After about seven months had a problem with the connector to one of the batteries- worked intermittently - contacted seller who were excellent in their response. After a couple of emails and within a week a voucher was issued for a replacement and new item was sent via Amazon. Customer service was faultless, many thanks.

First case did not function properly tried contacting the seller, they replied but I’m not able to respond to their message, bought a second case and it’s working fine.

Unfortunately my sons case has broken already he only used it on Xmas day & the part that connects to his iPhone snapped off inside. Luckily my husband managed to remove the broken piece from his phone or it would of left him unable to charge it also. 😡

This case is worth the money. I fully charged it when recieving the case, and have not needed to charge my phone for 3 days now and it still has battery life left. It is very good, if you don't get much chance to charge your phone. I can still use my headphones through the case and the case magnitifes the speakers a little bit making music louder.However, it is rather heavier than expected but you do get alot of battery power. Furthermore, the case is a vey odd shape, and hard to get used to.Overall, it is extremely good value for money and I would recommend it.BE WARNED: There is not alot of protection at all for the screen, so i would advise using a screen protector aswell.
