I selected the size as 7 for me based on the size chart displayed , after measuring my foot which is 25cm.But the fit is not correct and pinches the back of my heels

Size is the same but it is smaller I have been using it for many years this is the fourth time but it is small not no10

I have being using these for past 5 years, changed three pairs sofar, but I stick to them, worth every penny
