A little trick, poor manual, but worked eventually. Using Alexa as my Zigbee Hub,
These are not easy to figure out in terms of wiring. But, once you do, they tend to work. I was using these to add to light switched in a Church building with old wiring. They do not require a neutral, which is good. Figuring the wiring pattern was tough. In short it is: Line (to the light fixture) to Line in (1st port) (This would previously have bene on the "dumb" switch, on the screw that was not the ground (green screw) and was not the hot (you will need to determine which wire is hot (load) and which is the line Load (Hot) to Line in (2nd port) S1 - blank S2 - connects to the lightswitch (where the Line would have previously been on the light switch if it was previously set up as a traditional 2 way switch that has a Load (hot) and Line (connected to the light fixture). . The dumb switch needs a Load coming in to it (I used a wire nut to connect the load coming into the box to two other wires, one going to the Load In on the Zonoff, and one going to the top of the "dumb" switch. The other wire coming off the "dumb" switch is a Line wire that connects to the SONOFF switch instead of to the light. THEN when you turn it on, you need to do a factory reset, otherwise, the switch will only turn off about every 2-6 times you flip the manual "dumb" switch. Once I did a factory reset (held the button down for about 5 seconds) and repaired with Alexa (Alexa is my Zigbee gateway) everything worked. I would give this 4 stars, but no one reads 4 star reviews.

Hubitat verified and easily connects.
It installs easily and works great and what a great value. It is smaller than I thought it would be and it easily fits inside the electrical box. The small caveat during installation on my Hubitat C9 hub running platform version 2.3.7.145 is during the Zigbee inclusion this device is so new the hub doesn't automatically pick up on this product device fingerprint to automatically load the correct device type. So after inclusion, you need to manually change the parameter device type to Generic Zigbee Switch. This will be fixed soon enough I am sure on an upcoming Hub update as I reported this to tech support. You can hear the relay click in device when you operate just like any smart outlet.

Compact, No-Neutral Zigbee Switches That Just Work
The SONOFF ZBMINIL2 Extreme Zigbee Smart Light Switches (4-Pack) are an excellent choice for smart home users needing no-neutral wiring support, especially in older homes. I installed these behind traditional wall switches and connected them to my SmartThings hub, and they integrated quickly and without issue. Each switch is ultra-compact, making it easy to fit inside most standard switch boxes—even crowded ones. The fact that it doesn’t require a neutral wire is a major advantage in retrofit situations. Despite the small size, the build quality feels solid, and once connected, the switches respond instantly through Zigbee. They’re compatible with Alexa, Google Home, and SONOFF’s own ZBBridge, giving you flexibility depending on your ecosystem. The two-way switch support is handy for staircase or hallway lighting setups. One small limitation: As with most Zigbee devices, a compatible hub is required, so these aren’t for users looking for a direct-to-Wi-Fi setup. Overall, the SONOFF ZBMINIL2 Extreme is a smart, compact, and reliable solution for automating lights—especially in homes without neutral wiring. They work great, install easily, and expand any Zigbee smart home with minimal hassle.

compact versatile zigbee relays
easy to add to z2m in home assistant. use these to control various lights in my house. no neutral means they'll work in more wiring situations but you don't get routing/repeating or energy monitoring. trade-off is they are very compact and function flawlessly. very occasional flicker with led lights but that may be an issue with my house vs the relays

Do not recommend.
These are terrible. I had a four pack of ZBMINI before this and they worked great until this week when one failed (they fail ON by the way). This product ZBMINIL2 seemed to be the new version that was available when I ordered them. I had neutral available, but wired it per instructions. Wouldn't pair. Had to pair them on a bench with a cord and a lamp. Installed them and they appeared to work. Totally unreliable. Work only a small percentage of the time I try to control them from the smart hub (hubitat). They don't work at all with certain LED lights. I SWAPPED FIXTURES to try and make these work better. Still works less than 1/4 the time. One stopped connecting at all and appeared dead. The other three are installed but can't be used as a smart device. I did order the ZBMINIR2 to replace these, but wish I could get my money back.

Perfect for no neutral installs.
House was built in the 60's and there's no neutral ran to some of the light switches. These are a great alternative to the Kasa switches I usually like to use that require a neutral. Home Assistant picked them right up.

SONOFF always very realiable and usefull.
Easy installation, and it is good for 220 volts. Works well with my Alexa.

Limited Functionality, not-great design. If you have a neutral wire, look elsewhere.
There is no way to read the actual state of your physical switch. So if you have a physical switch that is labelled with ON/OFF, it can get out of sync with your smart home such that turning the switch ON means OFF and vice versa. I don't know of any way to fix this issue. Does not work without a load attached (for instance just to monitor an existing switch for your smart home). Also the channels to the screw terminals are unnecessarily small. They don't fit most screwdrivers. If you rip off the little orange bit, it's a little better. If you have a neutral wire, it's probably worth your time to get something dramatically more capable. There are even cheaper deals out there - right now Shelly Plus 1PM Non-UL is $11.49 each in a 4-pack from their site.
