The barrier elixir flavor is certainly my favorite flavor that I’ve ever purchased from RSV nutrition. I have used amino lean for several years and have found it very effective, great value for the money, supports digestion and increases metabolism. I do recommend that if you have a sensitive nervous system in a sensitive to caffeine than only one scoop will be perfectly fine since it does have so much caffeine in it it can make you a little bit jittery. It mixes and dissolves perfectly in water.

Love it! As much as I love me some caffeine unfortunately most pre-workouts and energy drinks give me really bad anxiety. I take two scoops of this in about 8 ounces of water and I don’t mind the flavor. It’s pretty good not the best but to be honest I care more about it not tasting bad and the results are what I’m looking to judge. The energy is really good with no tingles and no heart palpitations. It’s crazy how effective it is but at the same time it doesn’t induce any anxiety for me so this is a game changer to my workout routine! I was able to lift a lot heavier and push myself these past couple of days of taking it. I also don’t get any type of crash. 10/10!!!

Love this pre workout! The taste is great and it dissolves completely in water. I don't get the itchy feeling I have gotten with other pre workouts I've taken in the past. This is my second time buying and I'll say that it does clump up even when keeping the silica pack inside which is kind of annoying. I was hoping that it was just the first batch I got but it happened with the second container I got too. It doesn't bother me that much and doesn't affect the taste or ability to dissolve. Just something to keep in mind!

I actually love this product. It works really well with me when I work out. It gives me super energy but the reason that I’m deducting #2 stars is, I didn’t realize how much less product is in the container like I just opened it and received it and like half the jar is not even full. ☹️

Will be buying again! Taste so good, doesn’t make me tingle, gives me good energy but doesn’t have a crash to follow. Easy to use and dissolves quickly. Not too pricy either!
