Well After a bit of a mess up with the delivery, it finally arrived.. The product is amazing, I fell asleep while using it, so relaxing, all the stress from your head just melts away, fantastic product.

I have suffered from dry eyes for years, working in construction dust is unavoidable even with the best safety glasses around, 3 months ago my optician said my oil ducts were blocked and recommended that I use a warm wet cloth or heat pack over my eyelids for 10 minutes, twice a day, to help loosen the oil. then to give my eyes a light fingertip massage after use. That sounds easy enough, but the cloth got cold after about a minute, so by the time I got it warm again my eyelids were cold, it just did not work, so I continued to suffer the dry eyes. I was talking about the warm eye thing with my sister, and she told me that she had a warm eye massager, I had never heard of such a thing, so she invited me over to try hers, the massager she had was the Renpho eye massager version 1. I thought it was great, and she let me borrow it for a few days, I noticed the benefits almost immediately, the controls were a bit difficult to get right, as the button is on the front of the machine, and trying to find it blind was hit and miss, there are 6 modes but I preferred two of these most, warm eye only and warm eye massage, but the button was so sensitive it was difficult to get my preferred mode easy. But I wanted one, I would get used to the button. When I went to buy it, Renpho had an updated version with a remote control which makes it far easier to select your preferred mode, I am not one for reviews, and this has turned into a book, but I have went on about it so much, half my workmates have now bought one. So I thought I should tell others about how good it is, If you suffer dry eyes, buying this machine will be the best purchase for your eyes you will ever make. I recommend it 100%, it has honestly changed my quality of life.

Great product a little noisy but who cares when your relaxing and listening to calming music

Update …. Still think this is fab but noticed a difference in pressure on right side so sent it back & upgraded to the Zen version. Zen is so quiet if not silent other than the odd click, a big difference, much lighter too! Massage feels a little slower. Worth the upgrade even though it’s expensive! Fabulous! Well after struggling with puffy swollen &dry eyes there has been an instant improvement. I’ve been doing as opticians advised & using a microwave heat mask & massaging my eyes with little benefit, this gadget has worked! My eyes have gone back to looking normal, still experiencing some dry eyes symptoms but I’ve only been using the mask a couple of days. Benefits of this mask is it’s timed so using it for the 20 minute setting helps, heat is constant so lasts longer & stays warmer than the microwave mask. Massage is firm &constant. It is a little noisy with the air pressure but you can tune out to it. Mask is also a bit heavy but if you get yourself comfortable it’s not too bad. Overall I highly recommend this mask, I’m so surprised at how well it’s worked so far after just a few days. I’m glad I bought this.

Absolutely love love love this eye mask I only wish I’d found it sooner I’ve only had it a few days and my eyes are already looking much better. You can listen to the built in soothing music or connect your phone to enjoy your own music it has heat setting with massage, heat setting, massage and vibration Massage alone Heat alone or Vibration alone I suffer with headaches almost daily and so far I’ve not had one it’s still early days but very promising I also suffer with sinuses and noticed on the massage one part of the way it moves actually drained my sinuses so I’m hoping the next sinus infection I get this will help massively. I had been looking at this product for a while and kept it in my basket I then seen it was on offer this one comes with remote so I bought it as a gift to myself for Mother’s Day coming however I’ve used it non stop since trying it out I may need to treat myself to another Mother’s Day present now 😂 I’m thinking of the hot and cold eye mask by RENPHO maybe? I have the massage gun by RENPHO also which is excellent I think I know where I’ll be buying from now since having bought these products and both living up to standards. If anyone has bought the hot and cold one could you let me know how you got on as mixed reviews on that one. Don’t hesitate on buying this you will not be disappointed it makes you want to fall asleep it’s so good. RENPHO please make an eyemask that you can wear for a massage first as well as sleeping in as that is the only issue I didn’t want to take it off. My eyes are brighter and less puffy also fab product !

Been using this on and off over a month. Where it does massage around the eyes and is a good way to get some relaxation time. I do like the heat setting. There are a few things that let it down. No matter how tight I have this around me eyes and head when the vibration and compression begin it slides down my face to the point it pinches the nostril bit of my nose and let’s say that’s uncomfortable. It’s the same lying down or sitting up. So in then end I have to hold it in place which lets down the whole relaxation part. The buttons in the eye massager are way to sensitive and easily change the settings and because I have to hold it in place and even though my finger doesn’t touch the buttons it keeps changing. Again defeats the relaxation and full massage purpose. The Bluetooth settings work but the sound is far too low and pointless. Also when opening the eye massager be careful because I have pinched the skin on my finger a few time from the middle section and it’s nippy. It’s a shame as it would have been a great product.
