Didn't work any better than my inexpensive Dr Scholl's. I normally I'd rate with 2 stars "Don't like" because saying I hate something is pretty strong. Bit here's the deal..... for what these cost, it goes deeper than just saying "don't like." Only other option was 1 star.

Above all I value honesty. This product does not work. I did not expect it to make miracles but at least to ease the pain. It didn’t. I think it feeds in the fact that, we the people who suffer fascia plantar, are desperate to try anything. I followed every single instruction because I did hoped it worked but not really.I just gonna send them back and hope they honor they return policy.Don’t buy it. Does not work!

I have purchased three pair in the past month and a half. I started with one full length and one half just to give them a try. A friend had recommended them to me. I have been battling plantar fasciitis for a while and became very painful. I decided to do something and try insoles. Protalus had a good review so I gave them a try. I know they say to slowly break your foot into them by wearing them for only a couple hours a day before committing to them full time. I just dove right in! I can say that they are very supportive and comfortable! I have had zero issues with them. So I recently bought another half length. I put these in all my shoes I wear. If you have foot issues, I highly recommend Protalus insoles!

Nothing short of a God send. I tried three other brands of insoles with limited pain relief. TheProtalus insoles have changed my life by eliminating almost 100% of the discomfortassociated with plantar heel pain.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These do exactly what I needed them to do. Gives me the extra arch and they do not push my feet too high up in my shoes. I am on my feet 12 hour shifts as a nurse and they hold up great.

I think this helped heal my plantar fasciitis. My foot and heel don't hurt anymore. Honesty truth. I weight 300 lbs.

This is the second pair of M75 insoles I have ordered rom Protalus. The first pair were so effective in relieving pain from chronic fallen arches that I wanted to have them available for additional pairs of shoes. Very pleased with this product.

This is the third pair of Protalus I soles I have purchased. These are the best for those,like me,whi had suffered with plantar fasciitis, has very pronated feet,along with joint hypermobility.My first two pairs are still in great shape after a couple of years ofnuse,I just wanted to have more and bit be swapping them from show to show so much!
