Where is the balloon arch strip in the packaging? I cannot find it.

You should have a plastic strip wound up in a little bag. This has openings for the balloons to go in after being tied.

Do you have to use helium for the balloons

It is recommended if you want them to float up. Otherwise, they’ll be on the floor.

What's the best way to hang this on the wall?

I used command strips and poster glue dots

What did you use to inflate the balloons?

A balloon inflator off of Amazon. I found one for around $15.

The cutest mermaid decor! The package had everything you needed to set up which makes it super easy to use. Great price for all the stuff you get. Would definitely buy again!

The balloons were good quality and came right on time. Just make sure to separate the large balloons from the medium size balloons. Use the mediums for the tail fin end and large for the opposite. A large one managed to find it's way into the tail fin end during the building process and stuck out like a tumor (had to be excised with a lighter). Also don't overinflate the medium ones, allow for some smaller mediums to allow for a better size gradient to the tail. Overall, a fun 1 hour to 1 hour 1/2 project. Birthday girl loved it.
