G This book is really good if you're struggling in math because it goes over the more difficult level questions. Tbh I got alot of questions wrong each section Y but its better to practice with harder questions so the SAT will be easier A! Although the book made me want to kms T sometimes it was really good and helped to raise my ELA score and Math score.

This one is more detailed than the other flash cards we bought at the same time. Both were helpful, but this one has added tips, tricks, and the low down on what to expect when taking an SAT. Practice tests or super helpful. He book is huge, but all of them are. Lots of content and good examples to prepare my son for SAT. He brings this to his group studies with his peers as an added guide to what everyone else has.

I Like this book very much. It would be better if it included more mock tests.

As others have said, this book has plenty of typos. The problem I refer to above, however, does not have a correct answer choice. The answer explanation refers to a "correct" answer that is not actually shown in the book. I'm guessing Kaplan cut corners and rushed the copyediting for this book because fewer students are taking the SAT nowadays.

I bought this book for my daughter, a junior who will take the digital SAT this spring. Given how new the digital SAT format is, she was eager to have as many practice tests as she could get her hands on, and right now the College Board only has four tests. She diligently dug into this book for several weeks and took a practice test, which she did horribly on, completely ruining her confidence. I didn't think that could be right so encouraged her to take one of the official College Board tests the next day--which she did beautifully on, scoring about 200 points higher than the Kaplan score would have suggested. So their tests are not accurate at all. She also said she felt the practice work in the book wasn't written in the same style as the new digital test and wasted her time with some things she didn't need to know. In summary, Kaplan apparently has no idea what the new format of the digital SAT is and rushed this book out. Don't buy it and wrongly ruin your child's confidence.

The cover page says 2000+ practice questions, actually only 1000.

Book is tailored for old style SAT exam. English reading passages are long full length as in old SAT. In new SAT, passages are very short. Book even includes SAT essay component which has since been abolished! The practice papers are styled as per old SAT format. Not fit for new SAT format.
