Best probiotic I have ever used. My overall health & digestion improved within a week of this product.

Great product

Prior to taking this I was experiencing bloating/pain for about 3 weeks from an unknown cause. Larger meals and certain foods (foods I previously been able to eat) caused stomach gas and other issues within 1.5-3 hours of eating. I suspected SIBO but wasn't certain. I searched out something with Bacillus Coagulans and Bacillus Subtilis as those have been shown to help with SIBO. Within 24 hours I noticed a difference but wasn't back to 100%. Within about a week of taking this though, I'm back to 100% and can eat everything I used to again. I haven't stopped taking this yet to see if my issues are no longer present without the supplement but I'm extremely please with the results at this point.

These are working fine for me, I'm low FODMAP and was recommended a spore based probiotic. They, unfortunately, and a strong scent to them that I'm not very happy with every time I take them. I enjoy the fact that I only have to take one pill, that's the best feature of these ones.

Doesn't really help

Not sure how it works for others, but it’s not suitable for me. I maintained my daily routine without any changes before and after using it, but I quickly developed bloating symptoms. At first, I didn’t associate the bloating with this product, which led to persistent bloating throughout the day, even when I wasn’t eating. I had to take simethicone just to function normally at work. I have now stopped taking this probiotic and am seeking medical advice.

Die LactoSpore® Kapseln nehme ich bereits seit 6 Wochen ein. Der Hersteller empfiehlt die Dosierung von 1 Kapsel pro Tag. Bei mir hatte jedoch die doppelte Dosis (also 2 Kaps. pro Tag) besser gewirkt. Zudem sind absolut keine Nebenwirkungen aufgetreten. : Als ich die LactoSpore®-Kapseln zu Testzwecken weggelassen hatte, musste ich feststellen, dass sich die Beschwerden nach ein paar Tagen zurückgemeldet hatten und immer stärker wurden. Die Therapie hatte ich daher fortgesetzt. Die Besserung setzte nach einigen Tagen wieder ein. Für mich Nachweis der Wirksamkeit. : Kleiner Hinweis: 2 Kapseln vom Love Life Suplements sind genauso stark wie 1 Kapsel von Sanotact aus der Drogerie also 2 Mrd. (2x 10 hoch 9) Bakterienkulturen. Das Produkt vom Love Life Suplements ist jedoch vom Preis/Leistung her günstiger.

I have been taking probiotics for years and while I know they made me feel slightly better than times I didn't take them, the cost/benefit ratio just was not in my favour... until I tried these 20 days ago. As someone with autoimmune disease/s (endometriosis, hashimotos) and going through peri/menopause I have tried lots of different diets and supplement to try to alleviate inflammation and the associated symptoms, hence why I have been taking probiotic for years. But I am also very sensitive to casein (dairy protein) and have had to be careful which probiotics and digestive enzymes I take. Over the last couple of years I have experienced new allergies and reactions, seemingly out of nowhere. I know that histamine intolerance is well documented in menopause and autoimmune diseases and my most recent research on trying to calm histamine release and dumps brought me to spore probiotics, specifically Bacillus Coagulans & Bacillus Subtilis. These are known to help with high histamine / histamine intolerance and are being researched to aid MCAS. After 20 days of use. 1 a day, I can honestly say that there is a noticeable difference. My evening face flush/hives is calming, not gone but less painful and I know that spore probiotics can remain in the gut for 21-28 days so I am hoping the benefits will continue and hopefully progress. Fingers crossed. The addition of inulin (prebiotic fibre) and digestive enzymes is good and potentially welcomed but for some people with high histamine the addition of inulin may be problematic. As anyone with an autoimmune disease knows, there is a lot of trial and error with diet and lifestyle and there are so many variables and no easy fix (no fix at all!) but after years of buying excellent quality, expensive probiotics ... I wish I'd found these sooner. For me they are not perfect but better than the usual types which often contain dairy and may not survive stomach acid. These may seem expensive but this is for a four month supply and they seem to work better, therefore more cost effective. I was surprised at how small the capsules are and as such, should be easy to swallow if you have difficulties. I keep them in the fridge out of habit, but these do not need to be and therefore will be much more stable for travelling too! I suspect that we'll be seeing a lot more spore probiotics in the future, simply because they seem to be superior absorption with greater gut stability than the old kind.

I've tried a number of different probiotics for my IBS and acid reflux. A lot of them can have the adverse effect of antagonising the situation and causing brain fog or other side effects. I actually rate this product quite a lot. It seems to have drastically settled my stomach and mitigated my acid reflux, which I think is testament to the bacillus coagulans strain that it contains. I've only been taking it for 3-4 days so far, so it's maybe a bit early to tell, but initial signs are very promising. Obviously, IBS involves a number of factors such as stress and overall diet, so it's not going to be an outright cure but it certainly helps to diminish symptoms.
