I’ve used these for a decade. They are the same quality year after year. The best I’ve tried. Every time I try another to save money I end up wasting it instead. Therefore I believe they are best value for the money. The very best pull up on the market. Hold a lot of liquid. Full coverage so never leaks. Soft and thick so comfortable and absorbent. I sound a little over the top but these add a lot of security to my quality of life so I only have good to say.

Adults and Older Children with significant incontinence problems need diapers or pads with large capacity to hold urine and also usually the ability to absorb it quickly. This diaper is the best that I have found in both these characteristics. I rarely experience even minor leaks, and those only occur when my bladder is extremely full and I empty it quickly. And even then almost everything stays in the diaper. I put a pad on my bed under me just in case when I am extra tired. That completely solved the only problems that I have ever had. I am very active and have never had a problem with my diaper moving out of place or being obvious or uncomfortable.

Have been purchasing these for my father who has Alzheimer’s and unable to use the bathroom as needed. Have tried other brands and nothing compares to these. Only brand that offers the protection he needs. Very absorbing without the bulkiness

These do hold a lot of liquid. Sadly, they sometimes leak. I use them for a person who is a very heavy wetter and these work the best. They are a bit pricey.

Purchased for my mother who was struggling with nighttime incontinence. We were having a hard time finding underwear that would allow her to rest all night. This brand absorbs and holds a larger volume of urine than other brands. I highly recommend. Read the package descriptions for each size to see how much fluid the underwear holds.

I've been wearing diapers for my bedwetting problems since I was a kid. I've been trying to find a night time pull-up that doesn't leak like store brand adult pull-ups do. It was embarrassing to have to go to the store and buy a large bag of diapers at 37 years old and having to put one on every night. Now I can put them on like my regular underwear

My father in law used it at night time but didn’t hold much , it likes from the sides . I had to changed it 3 times at night and I add the longer pads and a regular side pads and still had to clean sheets. Sorry but not good for the pm Hrs

Used to be great and worth every penny. The company made a change recently and now they are too thin and leak. Not worth the money now. I hope everyone stops buying them so the company can see how much money they really saved by making a cheaper worthless product!

At last, incontinence knickers which actually fit brilliantly and are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them even when I've added a heavy duty pad into the mix for night time or for going out. They're not infallible: even with the pad added I've had to change because the edges of the pants are soaked but I've yet to experience that soul-destroying feeling of pee trickling down my legs that I'd been increasingly suffering with my usual brand.Although these Abena ones are way more expensive per pad than my previous band, I'll have to be on my uppers before I'll change back : the combination of extra comfort and extra confidence is worth the extra charge, in my opinion.
