Review: Beautiful Presentation - This book is more than a cookbook. The beautiful pages and even the box it comes in could sit sit on a coffee table. Ladurè does make the most perfect macaroons so I wanted this book to enjoy. I even sent one to my sister as a little surprise. Review: Not a good book for recipe - If the intention is to replicate the Ladurée macarons at home. This book is a waste of money. The recipes are very short and not well written. It's to give a general idea not to really provide instructions.
