I ordered a folder for my family birth certificates, but they didn't come with inserts so I had to order them separately. I am delighted with them. First delivery - They were delivered within two days (very quick), and were very well packaged. I could not fault the delivery time or method. There is a delivery charge, and if you were ordering only one pack this would be steep. I ordered four packs and some dividers (see my other review) so the charge was spread out. It would have been better if I had ordered these with the folder (one to watch for). The sleeves were exactly what I needed for the birth certificates. Each sleeve is capable of holding two certificates. you slide them in at the top, where the holes are for attaching to the binder. They are designed for the four ring binder holder (I ordered one from this company and have been delighted with it). There are 25 in the pack and realistically the folder holds two packs. I am delighted with them.
