Tricky Setup, Awesome Results
Taken with Ilford XP2 and developed in C41 chemistry, the images are a tack sharp, and I’m loving it.I looked for tutorials on YouTube.1) What I ended up doing was taking a dead roll of 120, winding it via 220 pressure plate and dial adjustment to the start line.2) Wind until the first exposure is achieved, drew a cut line using a sharpie, and cut the line with scissors.3) I took the 135 Mod and placed a new canister of 135 inside the Pentax 67 temporarily.4) I spooled the 120 backing paper into a take up spool until there was some left at the lip of the 135 canister.5) I pulled out an inch of 135 from the canister, traced lines of the 135 film to the start line of the 120 backing paper.6) I removed 135 canister and 120 backing from the Pentax 67.7) I took the 120 backing paper and taped the 135 onto the traced lines.8) I placed the 135 mod and canister into the Pentax 67, spooled the 120 backing paper onto the take up spool, wound the film until there was tension in the winding.9) I finally closed the enclosure, wound again until the first exposure, and you’re ready to go.Caution: Remember to open the Pentax 67 inside a darkroom bag or else your exposures are going bye bye.Have fun and I hope this helps.

High quality
High quality print. Nice heft and really solid. Fits perfectly in my Holga. Highly recommended if you're trying to shoot panorama photos with the 35mm sprockets!

Not Universal.
This adapter claims to work "with any 120 film camera", but absolutely did not fit into the Pentax 645. Trying to fit this adapter almost resulted in a broken film back. Luckily the adapter broke first. Not pleased with the false advertising here.

Useless

Works great on my Pentax 67. Fits snug and high quality. Can't wait to get my photos back from the lab!

A Better Way
This looks like an excellent kit but a better way to convert a 120 medium format camera to 35mm panorama is to put an empty 35mm canister with extenders on the take up spool to wind the exposed film into while shooting. That way you don't need to rewind the film in a changing bag or darkroom. I'd suggest the seller create another kit with 4 extenders instead of just 2 and an empty, reusable 35mm canister.

Broke after using it one time!
Not good at all, broke after only using it one time! Hopefully it hasn't broken my camera..
