Broken pump, chair won't pump up or down!
The chair itself is nice! But the pump does not work.... it will not go up or down!

Great barber chair!! Terrible directions
I love the chair it’s very heavy duty and looks great my customers say that it’s very comfortable! The directions on it were basically useless, but as long as you know the concept of putting one of these chairs together, it was pretty easy. Just got to be very careful Putting the hydraulic system together!

Comfort and assembly is not so good
The instructions were very unclear for me in my opinion, I was left with many screws no knowing where they were supposed to go but it still ended up working just fine. As far as the comfort goes, i would give it 3/10 as it it very very stiff.
