Not bad. Lot of cleaning involved, as your Whey will more than likely end up gummed all over the shop. Does more or less what it says though.

I saw this product, and thought. Wow that's just what I need!But in short, the idea of it is fantastic. As I go to work at around 07:30hrs then I don't normally get to the gym till around 13:30hrs, which means I cant pre-shake my protein as it won't be very fresh or any good to drink. So I bought this product on it's amazing capability.I can take chilled milk to work and the shake powder separate until I want to use it! Then I found that the main base wasn't big enough to hold more than 300-400ml and the top bit leak's and seeps into the powder making it very lumpy. When I got round to taking it out of my bag and twisting the top to "drop" the powder into the milk I found that it just curdled and lumped together at the top bit and was getting big lumps of un-mixed protein powder in my mouth. Not good, bad way to end a good session :(All in all a fantastic idea and practical but just didn't quite pull it off now it just takes up room in my utility cupboard in the kitchen. Shame.

i recomend this shaker cup. it keeps the powder and the water seperate until you're ready and you can freeze the cup in advance so you get a nice cold drink. it only fits in one scoop of powder but i find that's plenty for after the gym. the top was a bit stiff to turn to start with but after one or two uses was ok. realy pleased with this purchace

Shakers that seperate the 'powder' compartiment from the liquid are rare. This one does, which is definitely a plus. Nonetheless, the mechanism isn't 100% full-proof and, worse, each time I clean the compartiment (e.g. after each use), I think I might break it. Still, no worries yet, but I suppose it won't last long...By the way, the beaker can be frozen, not used yet, but anyway, it does make the shaker quite heavy compared to others

I liked the idea to contain the liquid separated with the protein but the product is simply unusable. The 2 container is not properly separated so the liquid can trickle through and mix with the protein. When you turn the lid to open the holes, they too rare to mix the protein with the liquid. The lid's shape and sticky material won't help neither so the powder stick on it. I couldn't clean it after 1 use.Forget this product and go for the simplest shakers!Even so there is something positive in it!!! I got a full refund and I don't even had to bothered to send it back. Nice costumer service,thnx!

- not great, leaks in between the top n bottom compartment, only good for half a shake ate a time.+ keeps the milk cold
