I've worked over 30 years as a professional chef, these knives considering the price are an absolute bargain, have zero negatives, they are great quality, well balanced and handle very well, and are so easy to keep razor sharp, I was that impressed that I've gone on to purchase the mosfiata knife block at home, and also several chefs I work with have also purchased some, very good product, if you want quality, a good product, and at an amazing price I definitely recommend this brand , 10/10 five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

These knives have a similar look to Damascus steel but at a fraction of the price. They are super sharp. They have lovely handle and are perfectly weighted. Regarding rust issues. I’ve not experienced this. However I am cleaning and drying the knive immediately after use.

A good set of knives on the whole. Feel much lighter than expected all but one arrived very sharp. Like them so far

I have had a large bladed single Mosfiata knife for several years, highly satisfactory in service. These were bought as other teflon? coated kitchen knives were starting to shed their teflon type coating. Yuk ! This set arrived in good time, nice presentation box, knives now in kitchen knife block. Experimented on a tomato with the smallest knife. Cuts well, very sharp. Haven't tried the rest yet. Assuming they will perform equally well. Time will tell.
