Simple to fit and work well.
Amazing solution to anyone who wants to add automation to a light switch that has no neutral wire. Makes it easy to do at the switch rather than messing around in the ceiling to find a neutral. You may need a deeper pattress box though.Works well - connected up using Home Assistant without any issues and so far have been totally reliable. A very slight delay when using the actual switch but with a reassuring click. I'll be buying more of these based on performance so far.

Small and convenient
Small and convenient, it easily fits into a junction box and works flawlessly. The command execution time is almost instantaneous. It’s well worth the money and is already surpassing its competitors in terms of stability and size.

Great for UK light switches. Instructions could be better.
Even though these are quite small you might struggle fitting them into the back of some existing wall switches. Once you research and understand the wiring they are very straightforward to fit (I recommend looking at a couple of YouTube videos on this). You will also need a Zigbee bridge to connect to the web. Once sorted they work well with an app or in my case Alexa.

just works as intended. easy to integrate but small size = small antenna = low range
LIKES:The size is great (about a chicken Nugget) it could possibly have been a little thinner? but I replaced the pattress box that it fits into.Ease of installation. Theres no negative - so you simply turn the mains off, unplug the legacy manual switch, plug the switch with new wires into the other 2 ports and refit, then turn the mains back on.Legacy switch position - if your used to the switch rocker being in a certain position you can turn it off by Zigbee, put the switch were you want it , then switch it again - well thought out.SLIGHT NIGGLES:As I said in the headline - small size = compromised antenna = minimal radio range performance. My Sonff ZigBee co-ordinator was quite a long way away (200ft - behind 2 breeze block walls, through a terraced garden and into my attic under roof tiles) I needed a ZigBee router to expand my coverage at that distance - My garden topology is not really the devices fault - so not going to mark it down. once the ZigBee routers were sorted - flawless performance. but needs to be born in mind neverthelessANNOYANCES:Honestly? thus far? None!Hope this helpsThanks for reading

Works with Smartthings
I'm using it to turn on the porch light via Smartthings. I've disconnected the PIR from the lamp as it was picking up too much activity across the road. Now the lamp ONLY turns on when HUMAN is detected on property BOUNDARY. (Reolink human detection > email > iFTTT > Smartthings > Sonoff) there is about 2 seconds delay to go through all these services, but works great haven't had any issues yet. Connects to Smartthings via Zigbee so no need to install 3rd party software. As you can see on the picture I'm only using the 1st two terminals, no need for the other 2 as its not switched. One minor observation when I was testing it on a LED flood light, about a quarter of the LEDs remains ON at low power when switched OFF, (zombie effect). Otherwise does what it's intended for, good responsiveness, great product.

Great idea but difficult to install and then failed!
I'd been looking for something like this for a long time and when I purchased it I was excited to see if it would work. The wiring instructions were difficult to get to grips with but with some advice from a friend who is an electrician I managed to install it and it initially worked. Connecting to the wifi was a nightmare! It is 30 cm from a wifi extender that only broadcasts in 2.4 and yet it took ages to eventually connect but regularly lost connection. Then the relay appeared to stick and the manual switch stopped working. These things happen and all I need is a replacement or refund so I can try again....but all I get is a list of long complicated questions that would be suitable for possibly an electrician or engineer but not me. In fact they come across as being them trying to fob me off.I would be extremely cautious of buying this because in my experience it was difficult to wire and has proved unreliable with poor support.

Works well with Home Assistant
I got this because one of our light switches that I wanted to automate didn't have a neutral wire to the switch. It connected easily to our Home Assistant & Zigbee-to-MQTT setup and can be automated to switch the light on & off, as well as using the normal light switch to control the light. The unit is small, so fitted in the backbox with no need for a spacer plate or to increase the backbox depth. The only issue was that the instructions were not clear on how to wire up the light switch. The "manual" shows two different ways of wiring it up, one where S1 & S2 are connected via the switch, and one where S1 is disconnected, and S2 is connected to Live via the switch. There was no descriptive text, just two isolated wiring diagrams. There was a comment saying to "switch on & off to adjust the way the switch works" - not exactly descriptive.Anyway, I wired it up with the switch between S1 and S2 (and no Live connection) as that was simpler and meant I didn't need any Wago connectors in the backbox. Initially it did nothing, but after a couple of switches, it just started working. Not sure if that's what I was meant to do, or it was pure luck, but it works, so I'm leaving it as is...
