Tender TanksBreast Cancer Adjustable Tank Top

I am 5"7", 197 lbs, 42DD, 65 years old lady and scheduled for rotator cuff surgery — The material is very good, not cheap or flimsy. Workmanship (stitching) is high quality too, but the fit is disappointing. #1 - I had to pull this tank way down for velcro straps to line up. Maybe younger ladies will be okay with that, but it made me think about shortening straps. #2 - Too loose around breasts. This tank had pooched out gaps at arm holes on either side of breasts, not cool. Made me wonder if I should get a tailor to sew darts.# 3 - too tight around middle. Well, I'll take that as my fault. There is stretch to this fabric but the contrast of too loose on top and tight in the middle makes this item probably better for a youthful person in better shape.I've had to return other après surgery tanks that were not as well made or of such good quality material. I was so excited about this find. I didn't mind paying shipping and tax, of course, but in my excitement I must've missed that I would have to pay return shipping charges, plus a restocking fee of 20%, or 50% for opened items. Opened items? How else do you see if it fits?

I had rotator cuff surgery and needed something I could easily dress myself in. Many of the shirts on Etsy are expensive and this option is at a great price and great quality. I purchased one in each color and have rotated them every day for 5 weeks. They have washed up perfectly and I have no complaints. To keep mine in good shape I washed them individually, but did wash them often. I am so grateful for something easy like this to dress in. My surgery has been stressful enough, these shirts have made life a bit easier! P.S. I had to message the seller to get mine shipped quickly and she responded fast and shipped fast. So 5 stars all around!

I am recovering from minimally invasive robotic heart surgery, which means that all of my incisions (about 6 total) are in my right breast area. I'm also a big, curvy woman who is losing the fight with gravity! As such, I've found nothing that offered support without being too restrictive on the wound areas... and was delighted to find these tank tops. They are not perfect for this surgery, which is not surprising because they weren't created for that purpose. But they are very, very good. I ordered a size smaller than needed, based on recommendations, and I'm really glad I did. It fits well and is just a bit tight on top, which is what I was looking for.

Great idea!. Based on the reviews, I ordered a medium an it well! I like the lengthy of this tank top. The scoop neck sits modestly on my chest and provides full coverage. The material is thick and stretchy. I think that this tank is best worn alone. The Velcro straps are too bulky to wear under a sweater or anything. My concern is how well will the velcro hold up after many washing. Since my surgery is still 2 weeks away, I haven't worn it yet.

I had read reviews that said size up. Wish I hadn't as these ended up being to large for me to even wear after my mastectomy and wasted the money on them. Also, too thick and heavy material which wasn't what you would want for summer months, okay if you are in fall/winter/sping and layering probably.

I bought 2 of these in different colors.They are so comfortable under the armsnot binding. This matters if you have lymph nodesremoved! It is great for all the Dr. appointments thatfollow! You can leave the top on and just undo one sideIf needed. The Velcro at the tops allow you to adjust it as neededIf swelling goes down . Very soft as many things botherYou skin. I am very happy I found this top.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I purchased several of these prior to my rotator cuff surgery and they were a GODSEND! If you are going to have shoulder surgery or breast surgery, you need this product. I stepped into mine and pulled it up from my feet up to my shoulders. I was able to close the shoulders with my non surgery arm. Great Product and worth every penny!

I just had shoulder joint replacement surgery and was able to use my Tender Tank Tops the day after surgery. They were a perfect replacement for a bra. The fabric is soft and silky and feels smooth on your skin. They do run larger than normal, so order one size lower. They're so easy to get on and off because of the velcro straps.
