I bought this traveling in USA for menstrual cramps as mine was too heavy to bring along. Small, compact, light and does the job. Doesn't warm for super long, but worth it.

Followed the heating instructions but after the first week it smells like burnt toast. I don’t hate it but also not great . . . Doesn’t keep the heat very long also

Love thatnit comes with a washable cover. 1 minute cook. Flip and another Minute. Stays warm for about 30 minutes. Great for my lower back or just keeping warm under a blanket.

I have a few heat packs and this is the only one I have that comes out of the microwave wet every single time. It’s a bit inconvenient and gross. I avoid using it now unless I need it.
