This stuff really works for dogs who have gotten stiff, joint pain or discomfort, have frequent inflammation and reduced energy, and suffer from osteoarthritis, from aging. Disclaimer: If your pup has been suffering for years from a degenerative nerve or bone disease, this will help, but it will not be a miracle, and your pup will not return to running and jumping like a puppy again. Within 1 week, my senior dog was getting up without having her front legs give out, being more steady, and had significantly less stiffness overall when waking up in the morning. She even started to give herself a good stretch when waking up, which she had completely stopped doing about 6 months ago, because it must have caused her pain or she simply didn't have the mobility connection to do it. Within two weeks, she was asking for daily walks twice a day, and for longer walks. And just the other day, I noticed that she was cleaning her privates, which I actually hadn't noticed before that I had not seen her do in a while, but had started noticing that area becoming more smelly in between baths over the last two months, and just never made the connection. My girl just turned 13 last week, and to see her turn around after a year and a half of some rapidly fast decline with no contributing diseases or disorders, made me feel so empowered and like a good dog mom again. Remember, older dogs can't absorb nutrients, vitamins and minerals, as well as they used to, so switch to a more nutritious single source kibble which will generally cost you more, or switch to a partially raw food, or add a partially raw food topper to the better kibble, to help see more massive improvements. There is no such thing as old dog syndrome. Their bodies change and break down just like aging humans, and that calls for a revamp to their nutritional, physical, and environmental needs. There's a lot of noise and gimmicks out there, do your research, and observe and listen to you pup.

This really helped my cat with clicking joints and stiffness when getting up. I'm so grateful for this product. I dissolve a tablet in an icecube amount of unsalted broth and mix it into her food she eats it just fine. The added broth seems to be more palatable than just water. It did initially take a few meals with half dose mixed into broth of her getting used to the flavor. It's NASC certified too, which reassuring. Thank you

Not sure these are working just yet as my puppet has a mystery limp. Can’t MRI him due to anesthesia complications. X-ray didn’t show why he won’t put weight on it. But for a picky pup he likes these. I’ll continue to try as I know UCII makes a difference in me. Recommend!

This stuff actually works, I tried everything else including cosequin which only helped for a couple weeks. She was having trouble getting up off the floor and getting on the furniture, within 2 weeks on this she’s acting like her old self again including rolling around on the floor with her toys.

I got this for my senior dog who has back and joint pain. At first, she wouldn’t eat them as they’re a crunchy texture like a wafer,so I put them in Greenies pill pockets. That worked OK but I’m not convinced she was chewing it enough. Now I crushed it with a rolling pin and put it on her food. She seems to love it this way as if her food taste even better than before. Lol. She’s 13-1/2 and enjoying her walks more than she was able to before. Sometimes running like she did in her younger days and it does my heart so good to see that. Research shows undenatured collagen type 2 (UC-II) is more effective than glucosamine they work well together, and a small amount of glucosamine is included in the supplement as well as other products well known for helping with inflammation and pain. NOW is a great brand and I buy some of their supplements for myself. This also has the NASC quality seal, which makes me trust it more. I now give it to both of my dogs because the other one just entered his senior years and I want to help prevent back and joint pain for him as long as possible.

Used for a month on my dog whom has early stage arthritis. It did not do anything to improve her conditions. Did not notice any difference what so ever. Another snake oil for dogs.

It smells kind of not great but our dogs take it no problem with a bit of wet food smeared on top. They won't eat it straight out of the "box" though. (Disclaimer - our dogs have been conditioned to take meds) It does seem to work! Both of our older dogs are more mobile (jumping up again) once we put them on it. And generally more active. I take the human version for myself and quite a bit of joint pain has gone away.

Giving my doggo 3 a day, and his vet prescribed anti inflammatory every other day. Seems like this is working better than the other chews we were using. He is way more active and mobile.
