Performs similar to OEM Apple battery at a fraction the cost
I've had this battery for about two weeks now and it's working great. The battery arrived well packaged with the screwdrivers. I have a computer tool kit that I use for my computers so I didn't use the included screwdrivers. From what I see, the screw drivers look okay just take care when starting out loosening the screws. Mine were on very tight and I can see how folks could easily strip the screws. The battery was plug and play and took me less than 5 minutes to install. After installing, I ran some battery tests using Chargeberry and other Techtool. It was a 2015 build battery but it only had 1 charge on it. I've put it through some cycles (8) so far and the battery is performing as stated.

Screwdrivers don’t work! - Problem solved!
I bought this battery because of the positive reviews, however I’m not sure if the battery works because the screwdrivers that came with the battery doesn’t work, so I’m unable to get the battery out. I’ll give another update once I’m able to get the battery out of the computer.UPDATE:The sellers were wonderful! They sent a second set of screwdrivers (didn't work), so I took my Mac to an authorized dealer in my area. He was able to take the three battery screws out with a "star shaped" flat head screw driver. The sellers sent me a small refund for the problem and I passed it on to the authorized dealer service tech since he didn't charge me for his services. It was a win-win situation. The battery came fully charged and I am delighted. Thanks to the dealer for their assistance and passion for excellent service. I will buy from them again.

Works as expected
So far the battery has worked as expected. I can’t write a very detailed review as I’ve only had the battery in for a couple weeks. The last battery I had which seemed to be the same manufacturer as this one but different seller, didn’t last but 3 months. So I guess we’ll see how it goes with this one. Would’ve given 5 stars but the screw drivers included with battery do not fit the screws for the MacBook. Luckily I had another set from a screw replacement kit I had ordered in the past.

Battery FAILED after only 9 months of light use!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE.
I purchased this battery last December. I installed it & it seemed to working pretty well. I say "pretty well" because it never seemed to charge to 100% after the 1st month. Slowly it's charging capacity diminished with time. Now, it's September (though I'm posting this in October) & the battery is completely DEAD. I mean, it won't take a charge. My MacBookPro sees there is a battery there. The MagSafe2 charger is trying to charge it..I tested both of these scenarios with my multimeter. But NOTHING is happening. The computer shows a battery with ZERO percent (0%). DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. 9 Months for a battery???

Good Replacement Battery; Expect Long First Charge
This is a good replacement battery. I installed it in my mid-2009 MacBook Pro, and as of the time of this writing (1 week after install) it holds a charge nicely. It has about a 5 hour battery life.It was easy to install, but as others mentioned, the torx screwdrivers that come with aren't the right size. I used needle-nose pliers to get them out, but since then I purchased a good set of micro-screwdrivers.An important thing to note is that the first charge takes a very long time. Plan to charge overnight (mine took almost 24 hours to go from 67% to 100%), then fully drain the battery. The video tutorial on OWC shows how to drain the battery to calibrate it. I don't think this is a big issue as long as you're prepared for it.I also appreciate the good customer service.

Great Value.
The Battery was a perfect fit for my mid 2009 Mac Book Pro. The install was easy enough, there are plenty of YouTube videos that walk you through it. There are a few reviews saying that the torx screw driver set that comes with the battery are worthless but I don't think they are. I have my own set and used it to remove my old battery and had a hard time removing the screws attaching the battery. The screws stripped easily and ended up using a small flat head to remove them. So I don't think the set provided with the battery are bad, it's just the screws holding the battery in strip very easily. Great battery at a great price.

battery works fine
The battery was easy to install and has worked perfectly. It comes with screwdrivers, which work on both the laptop case and the battery supports inside. After installing I ran the battery down to zero, than gave it a full charge and it's been working great. The old battery swelled up as it aged, and was interfering with the track pad, and replacing it solved that problem. I don't often run just on the battery, but so far the battery life appears to be normal for a replacement version.

Good battery, but pentalobe screwdrivers do not work at ...
Good battery, but pentalobe screwdrivers do not work at all. Sellers were nice to offer refund, but I was still stuck waiting a few extra days to order a new pentalobe screwdriver. Finally, decided not to order screwdriver and tried to see if I could remove it with some other methods. Some other people had used a flathead screwdriver so I tried that out. It works, but you have to be very careful. 1.4mm was just barely too small for me, and apparently after doing more research 1.5-1.6mm is the right size. Ultimately I ended up filing down the side of my 2mm flathead with a sharpening stone. It was a very, very small amount (.5mm is way smaller than I would have even thought), but it was just enough to fit it into the pentalobe indentation. However, it still wasn’t a solid enough connection to remove it. Using needle nose pliers, I gripped the head of the screw just enough to break it free and loosen it, and then removed it with the flathead. YMMVTL;DR - included pentalobe screwdrivers don’t work. Order another set (P6 for 09 MBP), or use 1.5/1.6mm flathead, needlenose pliers, or both to remove screw. Latter option is risky.
