Great for loading my E-bike

I bought a Kuat Piston X rack to carry my new 45lb EMTB on it but the rack sits pretty high above the ground. One day, after ax exhaustive ride, I pulled my back when I lifted my bike. Ouch! Decided to get one of these ramp.The ramp itself is well designed and made but…..The packaging sucks big time. It appears to be common/ normal with Kuat products as the packaging for Piston X sucked as well. As the box was delivered, one of two thumb screw heads was sticking out through the box. As I opened the box, I found out one of two Hooks was bent (see the photos).They make robust products but ship them in a paper bag. Hire experienced packaging engineers.I fixed the bent hook myself.I’ve used the ramp once so far and I’m not sure if it is beneficial.I need a substantial open space right next to the rack. This thing is pretty long.I still need to hold the bike as I guide it on the ramp and then the rack.I may come up with some alternatives.

Love it very sturdy

The bike ramp works as advertised but pricey for what it is. The two prongs arrived bent inwards and I had to bend them back so that the part fit. Its working now but not what you would expect from a new part and you can sort of tell it was bent back.
